NOV 29th

SPEAKER

Patrick-Joseph

His primary base is breathwork, about which he says "Breathwork is connected to the physical, emotional, visual and spiritual aspects of our human nature and of our own healing properties that we all have within. The endless expansion of self-awareness is simply within your breath, so all you have to do is breathe for that ‘innerstanding’ of yourself that's always been within you to be expressed”.

Breathwork is the bedrock of Patrick-joseph’s ‘Breathe Trust Flow’. It is also the foundation of other work he does and projects he is involved in; he is a Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor, the founder of Moonstock, the founder of ‘Doing Me Thing’ Podcast, Co-founder of Anam Tuatha Soul Tribe, Co-founder of Men Rising Together, Breathwork facilitator, Cold water therapy facilitator, Cacao facilitator and Plant medicine facilitator; this is just some of the soulset ways that's shaped him today.

ARTIST

Deirdre Murphy

Deirdre is a musician and interdisciplinary artist. She grew up in rural Alaska with a profound connection to nature, and lived and travelled throughout the US before moving to Ireland. She is the creator of many original works of music, dance, theatre, circus, and performance art, including the circus musical “Capitalism: The Musical” (2017) which toured Ireland and Italy to sold out houses and has been translated into Italian.
